Purchasing from Rebel Publishing Ltd

  • To purchase products from us, you need to follow the steps explained in our online store. The online store includes information about prices and how to pay.
  • Payment must be received by us before any goods are dispatched.
  • The store includes details of all the payment methods we accept.
  • Once you have made a purchase from the online store, we will acknowledge your purchase by email and you may also receive a second email to acknowledge your payment, depending on the method of payment you use.
  • Acknowledgements are sent by email to the email address you provide.

Delivery Information

  • We aim to try and dispatch orders within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment and typically less. However, during busy times this period can unfortunately lengthen. You can contact us via the online form for the status of your order in the event of it going past 12 days.
  • UK orders are typically shipped by Royal Mail although we also use couriers for larger domestic orders.
  • All international orders are typically shipped with couriers.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • We are entitled to refuse or cancel any order we receive and, in the unlikely event that we wish to do so, we will notify you by email and refund monies paid for goods that will not be supplied.
  • You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by notifying us via the online form. Orders that have not been shipped will be cancelled immediately and your payment will be refunded.
  • If your order has shipped and you wish to return the goods, please notify us via the online form.  We will refund your payment, less shipping costs, provided that the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days.
  • Goods that are incorrectly supplied, i.e. damaged or mis-packed will be replaced free of charge and sent post free.
